Welcome to the Garfield County RWD #6 Community. Service at any given area is directly dependent on water availabilty, via hydraulic analysis performed by our engineer, Matthew Coe of Cimmaron Valley Engineering. Some areas are more limited than others, due to increased demand since the system was first implemented in the mid 1970's. ALL new meter inquires will be submitted for hydraulic analysis for verified approval or disapproval by our engineer. This process costs Garfield County RWD #6 a fee of $250.00 per inquiry, which will be directly reflected to the customer/potential customer inquiring about service. This $250.00 fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and DOES NOT gauruntee water service in any way. The $250.00 hydraulic analysis fee shall be paid in full, or added to the next billing cycle if an existing customer with permission given to the district, before the application is submitted to the engineer.
